On-Site Training

The CustomScoop Professional Services group can be engaged to visit any client to provide on-site training and instruction. While we generally find that customers are pleased with the online training and support options, there are cases where organizations, especially those with a large number of users who will be working with CustomScoop, would prefer to have an in-person training experience.

Every on-site training session is completely customized to the needs of the individual client. From one-on-one sessions at individual users' desks to group training meetings, the solution will meet the specific requirements for the organization.
