Powerful Online News Clipping with Robust Analytics
CustomScoop Professional searches the online source type you choose to deliver a custom news briefing every day. With a Professional account, organizations can search for an unlimited number of keywords. There is also a robust set of tools available to analyze account clips, including a monthly summary spreadsheet. Immediate notification of important news is available through Instant Alerts. Also included is the ability to search the entire CustomScoop database for stories using the InstantScoop feature.

ClipIQ Professional Edition Includes:

• Each day you will receive an email summarizing the clips you have received during the previous 24 hours.
• This Daily Clip Report can be sent to you at the time of day you choose.

• You can view clips by date, state, keyword, and publication type or publication name. You can even view clips by a combination of criteria using either pre-defined User Profiles or the on-the-fly Clip Search functionality.
• Clips are stored in your account for 60 days.

• Within your CustomScoop account, you can search your database of clips to find specific stories that contain your keywords. The more criteria you select, the narrower your search results will be.
• ClipIQ Professional Edition includes InstantScoop. This powerful feature searches the full text of the last 7 days worth of news stories indexed by CustomScoop. An Advanced Search form allows you to limit your search by state, country, and/or a date range.

• You can create charts and graphs within your ClipIQ Professional account based on keywords, source type, source location and much more.
• Each month, you'll receive a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet showing the clips you indexed in your customized clip database. The spreadsheet includes all relevant information including: headline, source, circulation, state, date and keyword.

• ClipIQ Professional Edition includes three users.
• Each user has their own login information as well as unique features within the account, such as personal folders.

• ClipIQ Professional Edition's Home tab serves as a high-level view of your account and a great starting point each time you log in.
• The Home tab contains a summary of the 10 most frequently occurring keywords from the previous day's worth of clips. It also includes a graphical representation of your news sources and allows you to drill down into specific details quickly.

• What we call a "keyword" actually contains the complete search criteria required to effectively track a specific topic.
• ClipIQ Professional Edition includes an unlimited number of keywords, giving you the ability to receive market intelligence on your company, products, competition, key personnel, as well as industry trends.
