Daily Email News Briefing

• Each day you will receive a detailed email summarizing the clips you have received during the previous 24 hours.
• An afternoon email clip summary can be scheduled at the hour of your choosing.
• Customized email options are available.

Online Database of News Clips

• All the news clips that we find that match your keywords will be automatically added to your online, password-protected account.
• The news clips will contain the story headline, the source, the byline, the keywords that matched the story and the abstract of the article. There is a hyperlink back to the actual URL of the publication that published the story.
• We provide a wide range of tools for you to work with your clips including the ability to email a single clip or multiple clips, save clips to folders, delete clips, and download clips to a spreadsheet.
• We allow a notes field for each clip so additional information on the clip can be stored with the clip and sent out via email.

Rating Clips

• With the Professional Edition, you can rate your clips as Positive, Negative or Neutral and then create reports and charts off your ratings.
• There is also the ability to use Tags to categorize clips with your own custom rating protocol.

Sorting Clips

• You can view clips by date, state, keyword, and publication type or publication name. You can even view clips by a combination of criteria using either pre-defined User Profiles or the on-the-fly Clip Search functionality.
• Clips are stored in your account for up to an unlimited number of days.

Searching for Clips

• Within your CustomScoop account, you can search your database of clips to find specific stories that contain your keywords. The more criteria you select, the narrower your search results will be.
• The Professional Edition includes InstantScoop. This powerful feature searches the full text of the last 7 days worth of news stories indexed by CustomScoop. An Advanced Search form allows you to limit your search by state, country, and/or a date range.

Email Clips with Your Logo

• You can include your Company's Logo when you email out a single clip or multiple clips.
• You can also customize your email by adding your own HTML email template to the email-a-clip feature.

Online Analytical Tools

• We provide a dashboard view of your clips that customized with two charts and a clip report section that display data relevant to you.
• We provide you the ability to create custom charts and graphs including a number of different criteria such as by keyword, by source, by source type, by state, by country, by language, by user folder, and by profile.
• We provide a chart wizard to create specific reports & graphs which can be saved and automatically emailed to the user.

Keywords & Clip Archival

• Keywords can be added, changed, or deleted online at the customer's convenience.
• Customer Care Representatives are available to help craft expert keywords to help deliver the best results possible.
• An archive of links to previous stories will remain available for up to an unlimited period.

Multiple Users

• ClipIQ Enterprise Edition includes unlimited users.
• Each user has their own login information as well as unique features within the account, such as personal folders.

Account Dashboard

• ClipIQ Enterprise Edition's Home tab serves as a high-level view of your account and a great starting point each time you log in.
• The Home tab contains a summary of the 10 most frequently occurring keywords from the previous day's worth of clips. It also includes a graphical representation of your news sources and allows you to drill down into specific details quickly.

Search Topics

• What we call a "keyword" actually contains the complete search criteria required to effectively track a specific topic.
• ClipIQ Enterprise Edition includes unlimited keywords, giving you the ability to receive market intelligence on your company, products, competition, key personnel, as well as industry trends.

Customer Care

• You will receive a dedicated Customer Care Account Manager who will train you on using the service and then continue on as a support individual for your account.
• Your Account Manager will also work with you on your search criteria and media sources to make sure we are delivering the news clips that you want.
