Chip Griffin
CEO & Co-Founder

Chip Griffin serves as CEO of CustomScoop, a media intelligence company he co-founded in 2000. CustomScoop provides a cloud-based subscription service that monitors, measures, and reports on traditional and social media coverage for Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations, public relations agencies, and small-to-medium sized enterprises. For two decades, Chip has worked in the public affairs arena, including service in public and private sector organizations. He has co-founded more than half a dozen companies, and he writes and speaks frequently about the intersection of technology, media, and communications. He is a graduate of American University where he is Vice President of the Alumni Association and a member of the School of Public Affairs Advisory Council. Chip lives in New Hampshire with his wife and two sons.

Jen Zingsheim
Vice President of Products and Services

Jen Zingsheim is Vice President of Products and Services for CustomScoop, driving product development plans to better meet the needs of public relations and marketing professionals. In addition, Jen oversees CustomScoop’s media analysis offerings, including BuzzPerception Reports, which track messages and trends in social media for Fortune 500 clients. Jen has an extensive background in government and public relations. She previously held the position of Senior Account Executive at Fleishman-Hillard, serving in the Public Affairs practice group at the firm’s St. Louis headquarters, working with clients on regulatory, grassroots, and word-of-mouth marketing programs. Prior to joining Fleishman-Hillard, she served as a lobbyist and research director for the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Jen received a B.A. in Political Science from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio.

David Underwood
Vice President of Technology

David Underwood joined CustomScoop in 2003 and currently serves as the Vice President of Technology. Prior to CustomScoop, David was a Business Applications Developer at Skillsoft (NASDAQ: SKIL), a leading provider of e-learning and performance support solutions. While at Skillsoft David was an integral part of the technology team that contributed to Skillsoft’s rapid growth and successful IPO in 2000. David earned his B.A. in Mathematics from the College of the Holy Cross. He lives in Bedford, NH with his wife and two daughters.
